Functional Fitness
Functional Fitness builds strength, endurance, and mental toughness, preparing you for the demands of your life. We’ll help you move better, recover faster, and build resilience against injury. You must graduate from Foundations or have prior experience with programs like CrossFit® to attend Functional Fitness classes.

Strength
Focusing on building muscle and motor control, this class blends strength work with smart movement progressions to develop power, resilience, and mobility. With an emphasis on tempo, time under tension, and movement quality, you’ll get stronger without breaking down. Designed for all ages and fitness levels, from first-timers to seasoned athletes.

Foundations
New to Functional Fitness? Our Foundations classes are designed to make you feel at home in any weight room. You’ll learn key movements, build confidence with proper technique, and make your rookie mistakes in a supportive environment

Move better, feel better, recover faster. This class blends stretching and mobility work to help you restore movement, improve flexibility, and reduce tension. Whether you’re training hard or just looking to unwind, this session will leave you feeling refreshed and ready for what’s next.

PARENTS NIGHT OUT
Drop the kiddos at the gym and head out for a night to yourself. We’ll provide a fun night of games, movies, snacks and staying up late (or crashing out on the soft mats!)
